Meet Sally
Many of us get to a point in life where we realize we cannot keep doing what we have always done. We may feel exhausted from holding everything together, disconnected from ourselves, or unsure how we got here in the first place. Maybe you’ve spent years being the strong one, the dependable one, the one who keeps going no matter what. But lately, even that feels heavy. For some, it looks like a constant, quiet battle with your own mind. Thoughts that won’t slow down. A heaviness that lingers. A sense of numbness or disconnection that makes it hard to feel like yourself. For others, it shows up in your relationship with your body, control, or food. What started as coping may now feel consuming, and you’re left feeling frustrated, ashamed, or out of control.
And underneath it all, there may be a quiet question: Can things actually be different for me?
You don’t have to navigate that question alone.
I work with teen and adult women who are longing for something to be different, even if they’re not sure where to begin. Whether you’re overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, struggling in relationships, or simply worn down, your story matters here.
My approach is client-centered and integrative, meaning I meet you where you are and tailor our work to your unique experiences and needs. Together, we will create a space where you can slow down, be honest, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying without fear of judgment. This is a place where you don’t have to perform, hide, or have it all figured out.
As we work together, we will gently explore the patterns, wounds, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, while also building new ways of relating to yourself and others. Healing isn’t about becoming a different person, but about reconnecting with who you are beneath the pain, pressure, and expectations. Over time, our work can help you move toward greater clarity, steadiness, and a deeper sense of peace, not because everything in your life becomes perfect, but because you no longer have to carry it all alone.
